Job Description
Scope
Coordinate the processing of salaries and benefits contractual policies and labour legislation occupational medicine health and safety as well as accidents at work. Seek to ensure their efficiency and compliance with the policies and standards established by the organization for these areas.
Responsabilities and areas of action
Process payroll and verify the correct assignment of sick leave and vacation payroll errors reconciliation of benefit statements and approval of payroll records by entering changes in exemptions insurance coverage savings deductions and job title and department/division payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employers social security unemployment and workers compensation payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing payroll operations by following policies and procedures reporting changes needed .
