You will:
- Be a strategic partner for Givaudans Commercial Team & Customers.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight in the development of innovative food and beverage solutions in UK & Ireland.
- Drive impact by helping Givaudan stay ahead of market trends identifying growth opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
- Create efficient marketing strategies that highlight our strengths within the industry.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of marketing strategies ensuring consistency value generation and effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of presentations and promotional campaigns while measuring their effectiveness and pipeline growth.
- The role is located in Milton Keynes and reports to the UK & IE Marketing Director.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of overall experience in Marketing in an international environment including marketing strategy (B2B or B2C experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in the food or flavour industry.
- Experience with brand execution new product commericialization and creative promotions.
- Proven track-record of working in collaboration with technical commercial and innovation divisions.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy and principles (brand execution commercialization of new products and creative promotions).
- Ability to plan actively ensuring sales buy in and securing the required technical support.
- Solid project management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills capable of conveying intricate product details and brand ethos.
- A customer centric mindset.
