Job Description

Administrative Coordinator needed to work in Columbia managing and performing a wide range of clerical and operational functions including providing a high level of customer service providing administrative support to the staff organizing electronic data using various online systems and overseeing the general appearance and maintenance of the office. Pay is $15 to $16 per hour.

Desired candidate should possess strong communication skills excellent computer skills have reliable attendance and have a desire to help those in need. Our ideal candidate is an upbeat compassionate individual who is willing to work in a fast paced structured environment and be held to high expectations in regard to performance and initiative.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Prefer Associates degree or post-secondary training or education.
  • Advanced level and knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to accurately type 50 works per minute.
  • Experience performing clerical functions in an office setting.
  • Prefer work experience in a social service organization.
