Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Augusta GA
Contract- 2 Years
Client- Georgia Power
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment and operating forklifts. This role involves handling material movements safely and efficiently supporting inventory organization and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and yard space.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload warehouse materials using a forklift

Assist Senior Storekeepers with storing and organizing incoming materials

Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness and organization

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Accurately document and track material movement as needed
Required Skills & Expertise:

1 3 years of warehouse or material handling experience

Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively

Self-motivated and proactive in addressing work tasks
Work Environment:
This role involves physical activity including lifting operating equipment and exposure to outdoor weather conditions in the yard.
