The Johns Hopkins Health Systems Office of Nursing Professional Practice is looking for aMed/Surg Nurse Educatorto join their amazing team! TheNursing Practice and Professional Development Specialist (NPPDS)is an RN who influences the professional role competence and professional growth of nurses in a variety of settings. The NPPDS is responsible for planning organizing implementing and evaluating educational programs and activities for nursing staff using nursing adult learning and other theories as appropriate. As an educational advisor and learning facilitator to other nursing professional practice program leaders and staff the NPPDS serves as a leader innovator and change agent in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and professional development.

Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
