You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture building high-performance teams and ensuring a seamless HR experience across multiple geographies (UAE India UK and KSA). Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across tech product marketing compliance and customer success teams.
Design efficient hiring processes and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Manage a smooth onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.
Maintain and improve core HR systems (contracts policies leave payroll coordination)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws across UAE India and KSA (once launched).
Set up HRIS and drive automation of routine HR processes.
Implement initiatives that enhance team morale productivity and well-being.
Plan remote-friendly team-building activities and cross-functional rituals.
Handle employee queries conflict resolution and grievance redressal.
3 5 years of experience in HR preferably in high-growth tech or fintech startups.
Experience managing cross-border teams (especially in the UAE India or KSA).
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR tools and best practices.
Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and empathy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced ambiguous environments with flat structures.
Education
3 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth tech or fintech startups. Experience managing cross-border teams (especially in the UAE, India, or KSA). Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR tools, and best practices. Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and empathy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
