Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement programs and activities
- Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist functions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Location: Mount Austin
Salary Range: RM3000 - RM4000 (negotiable)
