Product Support Manager Parts & Service
LOCATION: JJE Branch role is office and field based

SUMMARY:
The Manager Parts & Service Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing the short and long-term PSSR team strategies that focus on increasing the sales of parts and service solutions through technical expertise and exceptional customer relationship and territory management. Reporting to the VP Operations this position will support and partner with the Regional Directors in the leadership of a team of PSSRs in designated territories across our organization and will establish specific objectives strategies and targets to ensure that product lines are brought to market and supported in a standardized and effective manner across our various regions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing Business Management or a related program OR equivalent work experience
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid passport for cross-border travel
Experience:
- Previous experience managing inside/outside sales team or experience in a related position
- Experience leading and training others including employee engagement initiatives
- Sales experience with heavy equipment/industrial parts and/or service solutions is an asset
- Advanced experience using a CRM and MS Office suite
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand the key parts sales strategies in each market and partner with each PSSR to support in the execution of those strategies
- Act as a liaison between the PSSRs the Regional Directors and individual branches to ensure optimal communication and inter-department efficiencies
- Develop strategic parts programs to achieve parts objectives
- Develop marketing and promotional programs in collaboration with Marketing team
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and manage any escalated issues to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Ride along with PSSRs on their regular on-site visits and provide support and feedback
- Maintain vendor relations and agreements for specific vendors
- Support the development of new product offerings in various markets
- Work with Parts Managers/Branch Managers to identify optimal demo inventory levels for individual PSSRs and ensure demo inventory is tracked and maintained
- Advise on and support the development of marketing/prospecting plans and closing strategies for new business
- Create and monitor sales objectives in collaboration with the parts and service departments
- Provide reports and updates to leadership team as to PSSR performance opportunities and challenges
- Forecast sales targets and create revenue targets based on strategic plans
- Identify hiring needs in the PSSR team and assist with recruitment/onboarding
- Mentor and support the PSSR team against objectives
- Identify PSSR training requirements and performance management needs and address in collaboration with the Regional Directors
- Remain up to date with industry trends and business landscape
- Attend industry events and act as an ambassador for product lines
- Complete additional projects and tasks as required to support overall company objectives
