Job Title: Head New Growth Areas Specialized Training Team (Annuity Protection NRI Solutions & Business Insurance)

Location: Open (with extensive travel)
Job Summary:
Axis Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. is establishing a Specialized Training Team within the DCC function to drive penetration and capability building for Annuity Protection NRI Solutions and Business Insurance. This role will be responsible for leading the team designing high-impact training strategies and enabling sales growth across the 12 identified cities. The team will work closely with sales and training teams across different channels to ensure business success.
This team will play a pivotal role in differentiating Axis Max Life Insurance by offering customized solutions to various sales channels and creating specialized training modules that drive business outcomes. The ultimate goal is to establish a sustainable scalable and high-impact training framework that empowers the sales force and elevates business performance across all identified product categories.
Vision & Impact of This Role:
This role is designed to establish Axis Max Life Insurance as a leader in training and capability-building ensuring our sales teams are well-equipped to drive high-VNB product penetration and also offer customised solutions to NRIs and Businesses . By focusing on customized training solutions cutting-edge sales enablement tools and competitor intelligence this team will create a significant business impact across all key insurance segments. The success of this function will be measured not just in business outcomes but in the long-term capability uplift of the sales and training teams across AMLI.
