About CXKSA:
CXKSA is a leading company in the field of customer experience in Saudi Arabia driving transformation innovation and excellence across public and private sectors. As part of our strategic growth we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to lead our tech operations and drive digital excellence.
As the Head of Technology you will be responsible for overseeing and scaling CXKSA s technology infrastructure platforms and solutions. You will lead a small team of developers vendors and technical partners to deliver robust digital products manage cloud infrastructure (mainly Google Cloud) ensure database reliability and support the overall CX technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of web applications APIs and CX-related platforms.
Manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalability reliability and security.
Oversee database management data modelling and optimization (SQL and NoSQL systems).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX Marketing Business) to align technology with business objectives.
Manage external vendors and software development partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop and maintain DevOps and infrastructure processes including CI/CD pipelines and security protocols.
Ensure platform performance uptime and data security.
Lead technical innovation to continuously improve CXKSA s digital assets and tech offerings.
Establish coding and architecture standards for future scalability.
Support technology needs for events training programs certifications and awards platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in:
Software Development (Full Stack preferred)
Web Development (Front-end and back-end)
Database Management (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL Firebase MongoDB)
Cloud Infrastructure especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong understanding of system architecture micro services and cloud-based deployments.
Experience with containerization (Docker Rubbernecks) is a plus.
Familiarity with CX tools analytics platforms or CRM systems is an advantage.
