Job Description
Accounts Payable Clerk - Elkhart IN
8:00 am - 5:00 pm $19-20/hr.
Job Duties:
- Post new vendor invoices in Epicor
- Process expense report form
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Print AP checks currently weekly
- Move toward paperless AP system
- Learn different carriers
- Learn Bill of Lading process how to process a driver/pickup
- Understand nuances of Ford documentation requirements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Epicor would be helpful.
- Must have Word/Excel/Outlook experience.
- 3-5 years in general accounting.
