Contract Clerk Royal Moore Auto Center
Hillsboro ORFull-Time$25$28/hr (DOE) Room to Grow
Royal Moore Auto Center is family owned for nearly 60 years With 5 brands on one block Toyota Subaru Mazda Buick and GMC we are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Clerk to join our growing team! This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of deal postings and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Post125175 car deals per month
- Clean and verifyschedulesfor accuracy
- Postbank entriesand maintain deal flow
- Collaborate with accounting team and sales to ensure complete documentation
Requirements:
- Prior dealership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- $25$28 per hourDOE
- Opportunities for advancement within our accounting department.
