Job Description
As a Lead Generation Specialist youll play a pivotal role in connecting legal professionals with elite expert witnesses. You ll drive global business development through data-driven research strategic outreach and close collaboration with senior decision-makers.

Shift: Monday to Friday 06:30 AM 03:30 PM AEST / 05:30 AM 02:30 PM AEDT local time (with AU or SG business hours)
Work setup: Permanent Work from Home
Your Daily Tasks
Lead Generation and Market Mapping
- Conduct research to identify law firms barristers and in-house legal teams not currently engaged with the company
- Map market gaps across practice areas jurisdictions and firm sizes
- Create and manage segmented lead lists aligned with business development goals
LinkedIn Outreach and Prospect Engagement
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools to identify and connect with legal professionals
- Design and implement personalized messaging strategies tailored to specific legal audiences
- Book qualified meetings and calls for senior Business Development Managers
Pipeline and Performance Management
- Maintain detailed outreach and engagement records in the CRM system
- Track weekly metrics such as connection rates engagement levels and meetings scheduled
- Collaborate with senior Business Development Managers to improve conversion strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Share prospect insights and objections with business development and marketing teams to refine messaging
- Coordinate with CRM and operations teams to improve data integrity and segmentation
- Monitor trends in the legal sector to uncover new lead opportunities
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 5 years of experience in sales client development or lead generation within professional services (legal consulting or related sectors)
- Demonstrated success in LinkedIn outreach prospecting and pipeline building
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills especially in engaging senior legal professionals
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in mapping and targeting prospects
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Deep interest in or familiarity with the legal services landscape is a distinct advantage
