Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join
our inside sales team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in driving online and inside
sales converting leads and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced
target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make 125 outbound calls daily to potential customers.
Achieve 50 connected calls and maintain 3 hours of daily talk time.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone email and chat.
Explain Even s healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively.
Convert leads to paying customers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updates in the CRM.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in any field.
1 3 years of experience in inside sales or online sales (healthcare/insurance
experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture.
Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs and Saturday &
Sunday as working days.
