The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving customer acquisitions developing new products expanding market presence and leading Go to Market (GTM) strategies. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record in sales business development innovation and partnership engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting innovation projects and cultivating strategic alliances to enhance our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Growth:
1. Customer acquisition for 3rd party accounts for Bosch Service Solutions service portfolio.
2. Develop and manage existing customer accounts with respect to customer retention and growth from existing businesses.
3. Identify and pursue business opportunities fostering relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders both within target customer and participating entities in Bosch.
4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape tailoring solutions to meet niche customer demands.
New Product Development:
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services and solutions in the area of business process management mobility services and other emerging areas.
6. Ensure new products align with market trends and customer requirements.
7. Oversee and support product lifecycle management from ideation to commercialization.
Market Development:
8. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to penetrate and expand market share for the organization.
9. Identify potential market segments and devise plans to establish and strengthen our presence.
10. Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and mind share in the target customer segments.
Go to Market (GTM) Activities:
11. Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new and existing products.
12. Develop marketing and sales enablement materials to support GTM efforts.
Supporting Innovation Projects:
13. Support and manage innovation projects from concept through to implementation.
Partnership Engagements:
14. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players technology providers and other stakeholders.
15. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
16. Explore and establish alliances to enhance service offerings and market reach.

Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree or engineering degree. MBA in marketing specialization preferred.
2. Minimum of 14 years of work experience in sales business development or customer account management experience. Experience in the BPM industry is an added advantage.
3. Proven track record of successful customer acquisitions and market expansions.
4. Strong experience in new product development and GTM strategy execution.
5. Excellent strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
7. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
8. Willingness to travel extensively for work.
9. A team player with strong interpersonal skills including organizational agility (non-political and team-oriented style with demonstrated success in matrix organization)
