Job Description
- Collaborate with DeHeus feed company to understand objectives interventions and scope
- Conduct key informant interviews for cost analysis and financing options and develop an investment proposal
- Formulate a project document with programme activities outcomes and risk assessment
Deliverables
- Report consisting of analysis investment/financing proposal and formulated project design.
Qualifications :
- Essential: Proven experience designing support and investment programmes in commercial aquaculture
- Strong interviewing and analytical writing skills (Khmer and English)
- Ability to work collaboratively with private sector partners
- Preferred: Climate finance experience
