Job Description
Our client is a family-owned and operated plumbing contractor proudly serving the North Alabama and Southern Tennessee regions since 2001. With over 24 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing we are recognized for our integrity expert craftsmanship and dependable service. Under the leadership of the founders family we continue to grow while staying true to our roots: delivering safe efficient and long-lasting plumbing solutions for our community.
They are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Service Technicians to join their team. This position is responsible for diagnosing repairing and installing residential and commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong customer service skills a solid plumbing background and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g. toilets faucets water heaters sewer lines).
- Install new plumbing systems and components according to local codes and specifications.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
- Accurately document work performed materials used and time on the job.
- Maintain tools and company vehicles in clean and working order.
- Respond to emergency service calls including after-hours as scheduled.
- Adhere to all safety standards and plumbing codes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Valid plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics crawl spaces etc.).
