The Role

As Customer Service Lead Nordics you will play a central role in supporting both our patients and psychologists. Based in Stockholm youll manage day-to-day operations lead our Nordic CS team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe.

Youre not only a team leaderyoure also the voice of our patients within the organization. You gather insights identify pain points and ensure those are heard by the right teams to improve our services. Your role will be a mix of operational support leadership communication and strategic problem-solving.

You will report to our Head of Customer Service who is based in Gothenburg. Therefore its important that you enjoy spending time at our Stockholm office where most of the Nordic CS team is located.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Handle customer-related matters through Zendesk and other platforms.

  • Lead coach and support our Nordic CS Representatives to ensure high-quality service and efficient workflows.

  • Represent the voice of our patients and psychologists internallysharing feedback with Product Tech and Clinical teams.

  • Monitor and improve service quality by giving feedback running coaching sessions and supporting performance development.

  • Produce internal reports and document key trends incidents and process improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with Medical Billing EMR and other teams across our Stockholm London and Amsterdam offices.

  • Communicate with external partners like insurance companies and healthcare providers.

  • Contribute to improving tools processes and the overall patient experience.

Who You Are

  • 2 years of experience in customer service

  • Previous leadership experience formal or informal you know how to guide and motivate others.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English written and spoken.

  • Organized and detail-orientedyou get things done and spot what others might miss.

  • Youre solution-oriented and able to think even when things get busy or change quickly.

  • You enjoy working hands-on but also see the bigger picture and how to drive improvements.

  • Comfortable using tools like Zendesk or similar platforms.

  • Experience in healthcare or working in a regulated environment is a big plus.

  • Bonus: Danish language skills (not required but appreciated!).

  • You are happy to work from the Stockholm office regularly to stay connected with your team and the wider company.
