Provide clear and accurate information aligned with company policies
Assist with product/service inquiries and basic troubleshooting
Document interactions and case details thoroughly
Escalate unresolved or complex issues when needed
Collaborate with colleagues and tech teams for effective resolutions
Manage and prioritize your service ticket queue
Share feedback to help improve internal processes
Requirements:
Native/fluent in French (C2) fluent in English (B2)
Excellent communication skills across channels
Basic understanding of customer service practices
Quick to learn new systems and tools
Strong problem-solving abilities
Well-organized detail-oriented and multitasker
Adaptable to a fast-paced support environment
