Bashor is seeking a candidate to provide trauma informed case management in a safe and supportive residential environment to the residential kids. The ideal candidate would be highly engaged work well in a dynamic team setting flexible and willing to learn. Prior experience working with youth survivors of sexual violence preferred but not required.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or degree in social work or a closely related field; premium pay for candidates with Masters Degrees (Social Work Counseling and/or related field of study) and licensures
- Flexible in accommodating the needs of the program and client including evenings weekends and holidays.
- A valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
- Current on trends and practices in child welfare
- Ability to pass required background physical and drug screenings.
- Commitment to understanding and serving a culturally diverse population
- Ability to problem-solve make decisions and manage time effectively
Essential Functions:
- Serves as an advocate for the child and family
- Coordinates appointments case documentation and client records
- Connects with supports in the community
- Functions as a member of the program treatment team; works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team approach.
- Participates in family engagement protocols
- Identifies and provides interventions to assist youth in developing age appropriate skills including in vivo experiences in the community with their families and in the daily milieu.
- Provides services related to treatment including but not limited to: pre-admission intake on-going of care discharge and aftercare support
- Provides care and service that is consistent with Bashors philosophy of treatment (solution focused evidence-based and family/client centered)
- Demonstrates the ability to locate and implement agency policy and procedure State regulations and accreditation standards
- Serves as a part of the agency support team with one late night (1:30pm-10pm) weekly and assigned to the weekend/holiday support rotation (5-10pm).
Pay: Starting at $19.19/hour
Schedule: 13 hours on Fridays 13 hours on Saturdays and 13 hours on Sundays
