Job Description
Were looking for a sharp hands-on Designer someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into clean thoughtful on-brand visuals. This role is for a detail lover with strong technical skills and a desire to grow. Youll work on everything from communication design to print materials and merch always with high standards and a curious mind.
Kyiv-based only we need someone who can be there for color proofing print checks and creative jams in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and finalize visual assets for campaigns branding social media presentations and merch
- Build visuals from scratch (collage retouch AI-generated found imagery layout)
- Handle design and pre-print production of various materials
- Take care of design consistency and attention to detail across 1000 formats
- Work closely with art directors on creative execution and visual decision-making
Hard Skills
- 2 years of experience in a creative agency or equivalent environment
- Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma
- Strong skills in layout typography and visual composition
- Experience with both print and digital production
- A portfolio that shows your range and precision
Soft Skills
- Ownership and motivation you want to grow and show what youre capable of
- Attention to detail nothing slips past you
- Openness to feedback and collaboration
- Curiosity and awareness of design trends
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
