Reporting into our Head of Creative youll play a key role in shaping and elevating our group of brands across a mix of digital and print projects (roughly 80/20 split). From social assets and digital campaigns to OOH POS and event creative youll bring our brand vision to life with work thats both engaging and commercially smart.
Youll also help evolve our design formats and responsive templates while supporting the Head of Creative in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. If youve got a flair for animation and video editing too even better!
Youll work closely with teams across Production Brand CRM and Marketing to deliver high-quality creative that not only looks great but drives results.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.
About you:
Were looking for someone with a strong background in graphic design particularly within email and retail campaign creative. Youll need to be confident working at pace balancing creativity with commercial awareness and collaborating across teams. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but experience and skillset matter most.
