Tasks
- Plan execute and oversee projects from initiation to closure ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope;
- Coordinate resources team members and third-party vendors;
- Facilitate regular status meetings sprint planning sessions and retrospectives;
- Identify project risks and work proactively to resolve issues and remove blockers;
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance and regulatory standards especially in financial and banking contexts;
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts Developers QA and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management roles;
- Prior experience managing projects in the banking financial or compliance domains (strongly preferred);
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams manage timelines budgets and scope effectively;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience with Agile Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written) required for daily communication in an international setting;
- Must be located in Portugal (remote work only
