On behalf of our client an ambitious aircraft leasing platform we are looking to hire an Office Administrator to join their Singapore team.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Oversee general office administration including meetings documents and vendor coordination.
- Manage IT Systems user accounts equipment and first - level troubleshooting.
- Support basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and corporate secretarial matters.
Requirements of the Office Administrator:
- Singapore PR or Citizen with experience in office admin IT and finance support.
- Strong multitasking communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in office software and basic IT systems.
- Comfortable with document handling and basic accounting tasks.
