The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving consultant placements utilize own connections building strong vendor/client relationships and optimizing sales strategies. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our consultants on the bench are effectively marketed and successfully placed with clients or implementation partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize bench utilization and profitability.
Place US candidates with Tier 1 vendors implementation partners and direct clients by utilzing their own connections.
Monitor daily submissions interviews and placements; ensure timely follow-ups and status tracking.
Resolve escalated issues related to rate negotiations interview handling or client/vendor communication.
Collaborate with recruitment and immigration teams to ensure consultant documentation is current and accurate.
Qualifications :
10 years of experience in IT bench sales including 12 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven track record of consistently placing consultants across various tech stacks (Java .NET Cloud DevOps etc.).
Strong knowledge of U.S. staffing market and employment types (W2 C2C 1099).
Experience working with OPT CPT H1B GC and USC candidates.
