Qualifications :

• QualificationsBoard Certification or Board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology 
• Valid Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care with excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
• Experience working with midwives a plus

• Compensation: $150/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $20000
• Annual Production Bonus: Up to $20000 based on departmental goals and quality metrics
