Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client a leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Manager Employee Performance Monitoring to lead the performance management function. This role is pivotal in building a performance-driven culture by managing the full performance cycle developing tools implementing policies and supporting managers in aligning employee performance with strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the full performance management cycle including work plan alignment interim reviews and final evaluations.
  • Develop performance metrics tools and documentation (forms policies manuals) to support continuous improvement.
  • Guide and support managers and employees in creating and reviewing workplans.
  • Lead performance coaching and improvement planning for both high and low performers.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and performance sensitization workshops across departments.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams (e.g. Training & Development) to ensure alignment of employee growth initiatives.
  • Manage recognition and rewards programs tied to performance outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate performance records and support decision-making with data and reports.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives and support change management efforts.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management HR Development or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience with 5 years in performance management or a related capacity.
  • Experience working in or supporting performance systems in financial services or insurance is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation frameworks HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication analytical coaching and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
