ABOUT YOU

We are seeking someone who is organised and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while having knowledge and demonstrable experience of dealing with high call/email volumes.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience in dealing with high call/email volumes
  • Knowledge of common IT software e.g. MS Office and the ability to learn to use in-house database-driven systems
  • Business administration
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our laboratory role is a key link between the customer and the laboratories on site providing front-line support to customers from initial enquiry through to invoicing. Day-to-day business admin responding to client emails.

Key activities:

  • Customer management (Calls appointments responding to queries handling complaints recording customer details)
  • Forging working relationships with key clients
  • Communication of customer requirements with internal stakeholders
  • Administration managementin support of customer quotations and invoicing
