Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

  • Support fulfillment and logistics teams when needed to ensure timely deliveries

  • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)

  • 1 years of experience in customer support client service or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Friendly patient and professional demeanor
