Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with our products and services. Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Support fulfillment and logistics teams when needed to ensure timely deliveries
Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelors degree preferred)
1 years of experience in customer support client service or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Friendly patient and professional demeanor
