Position Overview
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Business Excellence & Transformation team at JLL.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage optimization and process improvement projects
Collaborate with JBS leaders and Business Excellence team to implement improvement initiatives
Implement process enhancements using Lean and DMAIC methodologies
Execute automation projects (VBA Alteryx Excel)
Present project results and report on achieved savings
Organize Lean and Six Sigma training programs
Work with technology teams on RPA and workflow solution implementation
Requirements:
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience in business process optimization
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Process automation skills
Ability to independently manage projects
Effective stakeholder communication
