As a hands-on leader youll be responsible for driving results in the field and ensuring that our sales team has a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Position Overview:
This is an exciting and dynamic leadership position where youll be responsible for leading a team of canvassers motivating them to hit targets and generating quality appointments for our sales representatives. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment leads by example and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Hire onboard train and mentor a high-performing canvassing team.
- Conduct daily training sessions team huddles and performance reviews to inspire and engage the team.
- Develop your team to not only meet but exceed company goals.
Lead by Example in the Field:
- Roll up your sleeves and canvass local neighborhoods alongside your team.
- Interface directly with homeowners set appointments and generate qualified leads.
- Demonstrate professionalism and persuasive communication to build trust and close deals.
Performance & Accountability:
- Ensure your team hits prospecting benchmarks including visits conversions and lead quality.
- Monitor CRM and lead tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Hold team members accountable while supporting their growth and development.
Implement Best Practices:
- Collaborate with company leadership to refine and implement best practices for canvassing.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales canvassing or business development preferably in a leadership role.
- Prior experience managing or leading a team is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
- Confidence in public speaking and engaging with decision-makers.
- Persuasive and personable; capable of educating homeowners and building trust.

Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday (daylight savings) will require to be in the field until dusk
- Saturdays may be required (depending on weather or seasonal adjustments).
