Location: 1st floor City Centre F2 186 Purasaivakkam High Rd Kellys Chennai
Salary: Upto 45k
Windowstein is seeking a confident energetic and experienced Female Showroom Sales Manager for our Egmore showroom. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Tamil possess excellent presentation and communication skills and have a strong background in retail or showroom sales. Candidates residing within a 7 km radius of Egmore will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:-
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Explain product features pricing and benefits effectively.

Maintain product displays cleanliness and showroom aesthetics.

Track and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with backend teams for inventory and order management.

Maintain records of inquiries leads and follow-ups.

Provide feedback and report performance to the management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in showroom/retail sales (preferably furniture interior products or similar industries).

Fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Energetic confident and customer-focused attitude.

Should be well-groomed and professional in appearance.

Residing within a 7 km radius of Egmore is highly preferred.

FMCG sales experience will not be considered.
