Job Description
As a strategic project manager your key accountabilities will be:
Project Leadership
- Lead the project from requirements definition through deployment including risk mitigation.
- Analyze project status and revise scope schedule or budget as necessary.
Process Management
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Risk Management
- Monitor risks support analysis and design of remediation measures and oversee the implementation of mitigation plans.
- Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
Strategic Solutions design & implementation
- Define problems and strategic solutions including scoping analyzing preparing and presenting strategy checks.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to scope schedule and budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
