Job Description

We take pride in our hard working technicians and the work/effort they put into Mercedes-Benz of San Juan everyday which is why we are offering technicians a $10000 sign on bonus to show our appreciation for those who have a passion for working on cars and helping customers ensure their vehicle is in the best condition possible!

include but are not limited to:

  • Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Responsible for maintaining all manufacturer self-studies
  • Able to perform comprehensive repairs to Mercedes vehicles
  • Minimum of 2 years Mercedes experience preferred
  • Required to hold a valid State Inspectors license
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
  • Strong passion for accurately and efficiently diagnosing vehicles

Shop Hours:

  • Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
  • 8am-5pm every other Saturday

Compensation and Perks:

  • Main Line techs starting at $30.00 flat rate based on experience
  • Relocation assistance for qualified candidates
  • $300 annual boot allowance
  • 1.5x pay for warranty repairs
  • End of year hours bonus
  • Additional monthly productivity bonus based on performance.
  • $10000 sign on bonus for Main Line/Master Technicians
    • *Not eligible for transfers or rehires. Paid over the first year of employment. Must be with the dealership for 1 year to get the full signing bonus.
