Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operational departments ensuring the efficient execution of processes in production logistics sales and technology.
- Optimize the use of human financial and material resources to maximize productivity.
- Act as liaison between key areas (finance sales operations technology) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead strategic projects ensuring their execution within budget time and quality standards.
- Establish KPIs to measure operational performance and mitigate risks that may affect the companys performance.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement implementing technologies and processes that optimize operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives in the definition and execution of corporate strategies.
- Represent the company to partners customers and key stakeholders.
