Montag-Freitag: 09:0021:00 Uhr
Samstag: 09:0021:00 Uhr
Sonntag: 11:0019:00 Uhr
Gehalt: 2.800 BGN/Monat monatlicher Leistungsbonus
Deine Aufgaben:
Untersttzung deutschsprachiger Kunden per Telefon Chat und E-Mail
Non-technischer Support und Kundenbetreuung
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team um Lsungen zu finden und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
Das bringst du mit:
Flieende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten und Kundenorientierung

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (onsite)
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:0021:00
Saturday: 09:0021:00
Sunday: 11:0019:00
Salary: BGN 2800/month Monthly performance bonus
What Youll Do:
Support German-speaking customers via phone chat and email
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care
Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Need:
Fluent German and English
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Benefits:
