Job Description
Job Description: 8 BDC7A Summary: As an Integration Engineer you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique needs facilitating discussions to translate these needs into actionable business and technology solutions and ensuring that the solutions align with both functional and application designs. You will play a crucial role in driving transformation initiatives and enhancing the customer journey ensuring that all technology and business solutions effectively represent the business requirements of your clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries.- Strong understanding of business process integration and system architecture.- Experience with data mapping and transformation techniques.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively.- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
