Job Description
Lumifil UK is a leading innovator in the beauty industry committed to providing high-quality aesthetic and skincare solutions and building strong client relationships.
Were looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team. Youll proactively engage with new and existing beauty salons spas and retailers promoting our product ranges to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication strong sales skills and a passion for beauty.
Tasks
What will you do
- Conduct outbound calls to beauty sector clients to sell our product lines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively address inquiries.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain client data in our CRM.
- Gather market feedback and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements
What are we looking for
- Minimum of 1-5 years of proven telesales or direct sales experience preferably in the beauty or professional salon supply industries with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer-focused with a passion for beauty products.
- Resilient organized and proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated proactive and adaptable.
