Job Description
To support the continued growth of our network we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Hungary. We regularly staff international SAP transformation projects typically with durations of 6 to 12 months.
We are currently looking for Senior PMOs with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and complex IT transformation programs.
Frame Conditions:
- Location: On-site presence in Budapest
- Contract type: Freelance
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Hungarian

Tasks
Please note: The exact tasks and responsibilities will be defined based on the clients needs in each individual project request.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a PMO in IT rollout and SAP projects as well as IT Transformation programs
- Solid knowledge of classic PMO methods (reporting controlling governance)
- Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project delivery approaches
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Confluence)
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills capable of working effectively in international and cross-border environments
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
- Experience collaborating with distributed international teams
- Ability to think in end-to-end processes and navigate complex corporate environments liaising with both experts and executives
- Comfortable preparing and presenting project reports and dashboards for Steering Committees and senior leadership
- Proven ability to support stakeholders at various organizational levels
