Job Description

ConWare is a Czech IT company specializing in implementing IT tools for many significant Czech companies but mostly for companies abroad.
Tasks
- Lead ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery implementations for clients across various industries
- Define and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within customer environments
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure CI data quality and process optimization
- Conduct client workshops to understand infrastructure and business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to CMDB best practice development
- Support governance lifecycle and health of configuration data
Requirements
- 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow especially CMDB and ITOM modules
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery CSDM and integration of external data sources
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end CMDB projects and workshops
- Experience with JavaScript and understanding of ServiceNow scripting capabilities
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery CIS-CMDB CSA) are highly valued
