Are you a motivated leader with a passion for fitness community and personal growth Body Fit Training (BFT) Montclair is looking for a dynamic General Manager to drive membership growth cultivate a thriving studio culture and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional group training experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Membership Sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed studio revenue and membership targets
- Lead innovative community-focused outreach and lead generation initiatives
- Drive member referrals through strategic engagement and incentive programs
- Convert leads through personalized sales interactions studio tours and follow-ups
- Champion member retention with proactive relationship-building and support
Studio Leadership & Daily Operations
- Inspire and manage a high-performing motivated team
- Oversee daily studio operations with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Foster an energized inclusive environment that aligns with BFTs mission
- Be the face of the studiobuild strong relationships with members staff and the local community
Customer Experience & Studio Culture
- Deliver a five-star experience across in-person phone and digital channels
- Promote a studio culture that is welcoming empowering and inclusive
- Ensure every member feels supported seen and motivated to reach their goals
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Lead local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility
- Build partnerships with schools local businesses and community organizations
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to tell compelling stories share results and connect with the Montclair audience
