Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC system management and commercial facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues effectively.
- Manage and supervise HVAC technicians and facility maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Oversee the installation repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy conservation measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for HVAC projects and services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of HVAC systems and facilities.
- Prepare budgets and manage expenses related to HVAC operations.
