The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the warehouse operations involving Warehouse Office Recruiting and OS&D Department
- Ensuring management of staff is consistent with Company Goals and Guidelines
- Monitoring operation statistics and encourage improvement; fostering a spirit of innovative thinking in attaining goals
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels throughout terminal
- Developing maintaining and improving current processes to ensure security of freight and personnel while promoting and demonstrating Pyle Culture
To be qualified for this position you must possess the following:
- Previous Warehouse Manager experience
- Previous Management experience
- Ability to work all shifts as required
- Computer skills to include MS Office
- Ability to Lead Teach and Mentor staff while enforcing Company Policies
- Effective communication skills
