Were hiring our first Business Development Representative (BDR I) to support outbound sales efforts and help build the foundation of a high-performing sales function. Youll be part of shaping what sales looks like at VOGLIO learning through doing and leading yourself without a strict playbook.

Primary Responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach sequences across email phone and LinkedIn using VOGLIOs prospecting tools
- Research companies and contacts that fit our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) using structured criteria
- Document outreach activity and engagement in the CRM to support sales pipeline tracking
- Schedule intro meetings between qualified prospects and senior team members
- Shadow sales calls to understand discovery frameworks and prospect pain points
- Participate in coaching role plays and sales enablement exercises to sharpen messaging and delivery
- Share feedback and insights to improve onboarding outreach strategy and prospect materials
- Take initiative to identify roadblocks and test new approaches when processes are still evolving
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience in business communications marketing or a related field
- 01 years of experience in a professional sales customer-facing or administrative setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about how businesses grow through marketing and sales
- Comfortable learning new tools and taking initiative without needing constant direction
- Organized reliable and eager to improve
- Bonus: experience with tools like Pipedrive MixMax or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $65000/year base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
