Job Summary
- Develops relationships with string teachers and oversees all billing proposals estimates and orders for schools & districts
General Accountabilities
- Regular communication with string teachers via in person email and phone
- Provides teachers with recruitment and retention suggestions while educating them about Bernhardts recruitment program
- Schedules and completes school trips every 2 weeks to pick up and/or return repairs new rentals exchanges & returns accessories and music to the schools
- Double Checking & Delivery of the rental reservations and accessory packets in August
- Enters & sends school repair estimates
- Creates & tracks repair tickets school proposals and school orders
- Organizes and sends paperwork to schools/districts: estimates proposals invoices work orders and special orders; 30-day statements or more for unpaid invoices
- Works with the music librarian on music orders and newly released music for teachers
- Assists with preparing instrument proposals and bids for schools/teachers/districts
- Works multiple rental meetings for schools in the Spring and Fall
- Works some weekend events
- Assists with some filing duties as well
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Bernhardt Vehicle. Regular maintenance includes but not limited to taking it for washing oil changes and any company recalls

Compensation
- Yearly salary increase based on performance
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
