Happiness Coordinator Remote Right Path Law
Right Path Law a fast-growing personal injury and criminal defense law firm is seeking a Client Happiness Coordinator to join our remote team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills who thrives in a high-empathy client-facing environment.
We re looking for someone who will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for new clients ensuring they feel informed supported and valued throughout their legal journey.
Position Details
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Location: Fully remote (must be able to work EST hours)
- Compensation: $7 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new clients within 24 hours of signing
- Schedule meetings between clients and attorneys
- Clearly explain next steps in the legal process
- Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate delivery of welcome and closing gifts for clients
- Follow up with clients for Google reviews and feedback
