Were Hiring: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Lower Parel Mumbai

Industry: EdTech

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 12 years (in an EdTech company)


About the Role:

Were on the lookout for a motivated and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team! If you have experience in lead generation within the EdTech industry and a knack for connecting with people wed love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads via cold calls emails and social media outreach.
  • Identify and approach potential customers (students parents schools or working professionals).
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline lead strategies.
  • Schedule demos or counseling sessions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details.
  • Meet lead generation targets and KPIs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • 12 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales in EdTech.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
  • Confident with cold calling and outreach.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve goals.
