In this role the HR Professional/Recruiter will play a pivotal part in fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture while driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving excellent interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of employment trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct candidate sourcing screening and interviewing to identify individuals who meet the job requirements and organizational culture.
- Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates colleges and professional networks to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic advice on workforce planning.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies including targeted adds to enhance recruitment techniques and attract qualified candidates online.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process with clear communication and feedback.
- Analyze employment trends and market conditions to stay competitive in attracting skilled professionals.
- Support onboarding procedures to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Use data-driven metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or recruitment preferably in a variety of industries or organizational sizes.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to align recruitment processes with organizational objectives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
