Job Description
The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and organizational success. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives and support our team members professional journeys.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers resolving issues mediating conflicts and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes provide coaching and support professional development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs ensuring fairness and market alignment.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs develop and deliver programs that enhance employee skills and foster a continuous learning environment.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly and conduct smooth offboarding processes.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture employee engagement diversity equity and inclusion.
What Youll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 8 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations e.g. Egyptian Labor Law.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
