Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-
day operations of our HR department. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions
including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management compliance and
benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads screening candidates and
coordinating interviews.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Manage employee engagement programs and support a positive workplace culture.
Handle employee relations matters and escalate complex issues as needed.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist or similar).
Solid understanding of HR best practices labour laws and employment standards.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
